THIRTIETH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
Jesus teaches us that the greatest commandments are to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind and to love our neighbor as ourselves. When we put this love into action through kindness, compassion, and service, we live out the heart of our faith.

LITURGICAL UPDATES
You may notice a few small adjustments during Communion at Mass. For a time, the Church in the United States had special permission allowing Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to purify the sacred vessels, but that permission was not renewed. In keeping with the Church’s liturgical norms, our priests and deacons will now carry out this responsibility.
Our Extraordinary Ministers will also come to the altar after the priest has received Communion to receive Holy Communion and the vessels they will use for distribution. These adjustments will not change how you receive Holy Communion. We are grateful to our ministers for their faithful service and their care and reverence for the Eucharist.
